Honest and raw review. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS about providing wrong information as well. Im sorry Lisa but I tried, I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt after forms were wrong over and over. My name on the wrong form, my children's information wrong, we informed you of having more ...children and I had to continuously call Miss Denise at the juvenile court over and over to get the right information because we were always getting more and more corrections...I understand hiccups but the fact of not informing us what a certified copy is supposed to have and delaying the process due to the neglect of verifying information is UNACCEPTABLE. We came from an extremely difficult case that our other attorney handled amazingly, to a higher standard and to land like this when its such a simple process is not okay. But we were sure billed without a problem even if it was YOUR mistake, you delayed our process tremendously with your short emails and lack of information, looking back I should've never believed you when you confidently said you had done this many times...yeah except the fact that you didn't even review the first paperwork that was given to you correctly and you kept submitting it...quote on quote by the clerk "I cant keep doing everything for her" its embarrassing!
