This lawyer promised more than he could deliver. Our mother was tragically killed last year by a state employee. As a result, feedback from the agency was very slow. Our family hired Stupak; believing most of what he promised, As time went on, we found out that he did virtually nothing and we did not... need him to file the necessary paperwork. Communication was vague and limited. He gave out false information several times and tried to retract them later. He gave us legal documents that listed all our siblings names, and several names were misspelled. He told the family that we should receive payment within the next and now, we just learned it has to go to probate.
