Our office represents clients in all family law matters including, divorce, child custody, domestic violence, alimony/spousal support, child support, marital property division, etc. We also provide representation in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Estate Administration, Criminal Defense, as well as DUI and DWI cases & MVA Administrative hearings.
Having been a licensed member of the MD Bar for 29 years, and having litigated and tried thousands of cases in both the District and Circuit Courts of MD, you can be assured that you will be kept informed and be given an honest assessment of your case. You will hear the truth, even when it may not be want you want to hear. This allows each client to make an informed and educated decision about the means and methods of assisting with their case.
I regularly practice and appear in Harford, Baltimore and Cecil Counties, as well as the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court for the District of MD.
