Thomas Patrick Dore

Mr. Dore is the representative trustee, for WF, that handled the foreclosure on my town home in Annapolis, on Tuckahoe Creek. The House was finally bought back by WF, in August, 2012, at auction. They paid 270,000 for it, although the value is listed as 150,000. It has been vacant since 2011, an...d it was included in my Chapt 7 BK, which was discharged two years ago. (May 2011). None months after the purchase, Mr. Dore he has still not filed the deed, to transfer ownership to WF. They have dragged this out for years. Last week, I got a letter from Mr. Dore stating they were going to start eviction proceedings, yet they know f,ull well, the house has been vacant, going on two years. (They winterized and changed locks in 2012). WF has dragged this out, for three years.
