Joe Meadows was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland and has worked his entire career in Harford County, Maryland. Joe stayed close to home and attended the University of Baltimore where he graduated summa cum laude in 1981. He then attended University of Baltimore Law School, graduating in 1985.
In 1986, Joe was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and named Assistant State's Attorney, where he served for 8 years. In 1991, Joe was admitted to the United States District Court of Maryland.
In 1994, Joe was elected Sheriff of Harford County, a position he held for 9 years. During his tenure, Joe authored and implemented many of the administrative rules still in use by the Harford County's Sheriff's Office. Shortly after his time as Sheriff, Joe began serving the Baltimore Metro area as a prominent defense attorney.
Joe graduated from the prestigious FBI National Academy in 1999. He also taught Business Law at Harford Community College for 8 years and served on the Board of Directors for the Harford Leadership Academy.
Joe is ready to serve you with his extensive legal and trial experience in the District, Circuit, and Juvenile Courts for Harford County, Howard County, Baltimore County, Cecil County, Ann Arundel County and the entire State of Maryland .
