First, please know that I usually do not give 5 stars, due to people doing better, however, I am more than happy to give Heather 5 stars. She was professional and courteous at all times. She answered my questions and any concerns I may have had. She walked me through the whole process and was there ...every step of the way. What made my case a little easier is that I knew after I spoke with her that she was going to help me get through this process. I had begun gathering my materials and any information needed to make this process easier and less stressful for me. I am glad I went with Heather. Do what she asks you to do and you will be just fine. I appreciate her understanding of some aspects of my case and I do not think I would have gotten that from anyone else.
