She answered my questions and any concerns I may have had. She walked me through the whole process and was there ...every step of the way. What made my case a little easier is that I knew after I spoke with her that she was going to help me get through this process. I had begun gathering my materials and any information needed to make this process easier and less stressful for me. I am glad I went with Heather.
