Excellent Immigration Lawyer
My journey to become a permanent resident has been a very stressful one but after my husband and I hired Benjamin he laid everything out for us clearly and helped us every step of the way. The worse experience in my life (El peor abogado de migracion).
Me and my wife hired Benjamin Messer, in February 2019, and at first he was nice and said that the process of me moving to the USA was only going to take a year and that my process was really straightforward since we were already married for two years. After we hired him he never had time for our cas...
Dear Karime, I'm so glad I got a positive result for you. I'm happy that you and your partner are now living and working together in the United States. The problems you describe took place at a firm where I worked until early 2020. That firm charged by the hour, so you had to pay for emails and phone calls. My current firm charges fixed fees, so additional communication does not mean additional payment. There were delays with your case, but they were caused by beginning the process without an attorney, so I had to fix prior mistakes, and then by a global pandemic which slowed down visa processing worldwide. Immigration is often a painfully slow process for everyone. Everyone at my firm answers client communications within 48 hours, and when there is a decision to withdraw from a case, it is never a threat. The threat you reference was not from me, but from my old boss after I had left. Neither I nor my firm operate that way. In fact, we frequently assist people in getting decisions in delayed or stuck cases. I wish you the best with your life in the United States.

I'm so happy for you! Our lawsuit against USCIS got an interview date set quickly. This is an underutilized way to speed up delayed applications for asylum, green cards, citizenship, and other immigration benefits.
"Ben is uniquely passionate about the practice of immigration law and obtaining just and timely outcomes for his clients. He monitors developments in immigration jurisprudence and policy on a daily basis and is actively involved in the community of immigration attorneys."
"Ben is a very knowledgeable attorney. He is very up to date with all immigration laws and changes and is a very reliable source of answers for all immigration questions."
"I worked with Ben for a year at the Law Office of Manuel Rivera. While I was there, I worked with ten different attorneys. He was the most talented of all of them. His knowledge of immigration law was almost like that of an encyclopedia. Also, he was an excellent researcher and often found solutions to seemingly insolvable problems. I highly recommend this lawyer."
