Fani Kantartzis

I met Fami while she was giving a foreclosure clinic at the Annapolis courthouse. I recently lost my job and the bank would not work with me. They filed foreclosure and I could not find an attorney to help me, so I went to the free clinic where they have attorneys to help. I was told she could only ...meet with me for 15 minutes, but she met with me for much longer. When I met her, she looked through all my paperwork and told me what I could do to stop the sale. I filed her draft with the court and they stopped the sale. This has given me and my family additional time in our home of 18 years to decide what we could do long term about the house. Fami was very kind and patient and was so very knowledgeable. I was very impressed also because I met with other attorneys who told me there was nothing they could do to help. I would highly recommend her.
