Mr Gaines worked diligently during the pandemic on the case with the motorist whose insurance basically lapsed. Highly recommended.

Not recommended
Over two years of poor service. No calls back. Always blaming staff. Now six months after case closed just got letter from medical provider that Gaines never paid them. Outraged. Do not recommend!!!
