Mr. Gaines and his office staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Mr. Gaines never returned calls, he's never available, the staff don't know or can't never give you the status of your case, and when they do say something it's a lie, in reality they have done nothing and it was p...roven to me when I found out after 1 1/2 yrs after firing Mr. Gaines my new attorney found out that Mr. Gaines/his office never sent any claims, medical bill or records to my insurance company the only thing the insurance company knew was his name. I'm totally upset about the service I received I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. I would give him less that 1 star if it was available. Upset customer.
