David E Tompkins

I was recommended to David Tompkins by a friend who also had a great expierience with Mr.Tompkins. I was involved in an auto accident in which my previous attorney was not very forth coming with information. Including the fact that no one in his firm was licensed in the jurisdiction to handle my case.... On top of that they tried to force me to settle. When I went to Mr. Tompkins he assured me that my case would be handled properly and he was very up front with all procedures so that I didn't feel blindsided. Overall I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend David Tompkins for ALL legal matters

David provided great legal representation. If you don't need to know the details and need someone to get the task accomplished, David is your man. If you need someone that communicates regularly, informs you every step of the way, and holds your hand through the process, then David is not your man.... I didn't need the latter so, David was perfect for our case. He let us know what we needed to know, when we needed to know it, and achieved the objective we set before him when he took on our case. If you're a smart cookie, you'll hand your case over to the attorney and let him/her do their job. I can assure you that David will do the job and do it well.
