I called Greenberg and Bederman about an accident that I was in a few years ago. I should have called them years ago, because by the time I did call there was only about 6 months left until the 3-year deadline for lawsuits/settlements. Mr. Salsman ended up taking the case, and in only a couple of m...onths, was able to get me much more than I was expecting to receive. Apparently Gieco was even trying to weasel their way out of paying me at all by saying that my injury was sustained sometime after the actual accident, but Chris didn’t let them get away with it. When all was said and done, the insurance companies had paid just under 40k for my accident that left me with a broken wrist. He probably would have gotten me even more if I had undergone the wrist-surgery my doctor had recommended (I couldn’t do it because I work with my hands as a bartender). Mr Salsman was very professional and always kept me in the loop with the process. He always replied to me quickly, explained things in a way that I could understand, and was relentless in his pursuit of getting me the fattest possible payout. If I am ever in a similar situation, I will not only call Greenberg and Bederman, but I will specifically ask for Mr Salsmans assistance. You will not find anyone else who will do better work on your behalf.
