also known as Chris Salsman
Chris Salsman is an associate attorney at Greenberg & Bederman, LLC. His practice is devoted to representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others, including victims of motor vehicle collisions, nursing home abuse/neglect, medical malpractice, and other forms of negligence.
Chris is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. He earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Political Science, with honors, from The American University in Washington, D.C. While earning his bachelor’s degree, Chris worked in the United States Senate and volunteered over 500 hours of time at Louisville’s VA Medical Center.
In 2009, Chris’s dad lost all vision in both eyes after undergoing surgery. Chris and his family were devastated but determined to fight back. For the next three years, Chris watched as his dad’s medical malpractice lawsuit winded its way through the courts. Chris was fascinated by the legal process. But what impressed him the most was the influence his dad’s lawyer wielded outside of the courtroom—encouraging his dad to persevere, to adapt, and to push forward. By the time it was over, Chris’s dad had enrolled in classes at the Kentucky Center for the Blind, where he went on to learn the tools and skills to help him cope with his new life. Armed with this experience, Chris knew he wanted to be a trial lawyer so he could fight on behalf of personal injury victims like his dad.
Chris earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown Law in 2015. During law school, he enrolled in the Georgetown Law Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic, where he worked for a semester to advance the causes of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. Immediately prior to joining Greenberg & Bederman, he worked as a personal injury litigation associate at a law firm in Bowie, Maryland.
Chris is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Kentucky. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Mr. Salsman ended up taking the case, and in only a couple of m...
