I have been protecting the rights of the injured in Maryland for the past 6 years.  I believe that every case and every individual’s injury is unique and requires unique and careful attention.  Solutions that work for one client may not work for another.  One person may need an aggressive litigator to fight the insurance companies in court and another person may need a collaborative approach that entails out-of the box thinking and sensitivity to that person’s individual circumstances.  No one comes to see a lawyer when everything is going right in his or her life.  I am an effective advocate for my clients, because I see them as injured individuals and not as cases.

Before working for the rights of the injured, I represented insurance companies and their interests for four years.  I use my knowledge of how insurance companies approach cases to obtain the very best outcomes I can for each individual client. 

I grew up in the panhandle of Florida and attended college at Tulane University and law school at Rutgers Univeristy.
