Maria and her firm are definitely one of the best immigration firms in the DMV area. Maria was easy to work with and she was very clear about describing what she needed from me in order to make the best case for me. MARIA A PROFESSIONAL AND CARING LAWYER

If your are concerned and worried about how to handle your greencard petition!!! There are few lawyers like Maria that can help you feel like it is easy. She is very professional and is very well organized. In less than 4 months I was able to get my application and my greencard approved. Also Maria u...ses technology so you could always shoot her an email and she would respond within seconds from her Iphone :-). Also her free evalution session is very helpful and you get a clear understanding on how your case will be handled with specific time frame of every steps. Naturalization Process

I applied for American citizenship after several decades of living in the U.S. After hearing high marks from a couple of my co-workers who had hired Maria and had completed the process, I gave her a call. Maria guided me through every step and communicated well what we could expect. Even thoug...h becoming a citizen is exciting it can be confusing at times. Filed 1) extension od stay, 2) change of status, 3) Naturalisation for my family. She kept us informed of all relevant updaes that were applicable to our circumstances. charges were very reasonable. She cross checked all information we provided , to ensure we were in line with requirements. Review me...etings held with the office gave me confidence regards the success of my applications as all relevant questions had been addressed. Timely email reminders were senrt to me, and I could make appointments over the phone without a human secretary.- convenient 24/7 communication & contact SUMMARY: Up to date with current communications technology, which is to firms advantage (Absolutely no delays in reaching the firm) 2. Office is client friendly- relaxed and clean environment 3. Excellent counselling & psychological skills!! @ interview , we would go into discussions that would cause me to relax and bring forth information I'm sure were used to garner more details about my person. H1B Process related work

I am so overwhelmed with the results that I got from her that I am not able to find words to say thank you. I am so glad I did choose her as my attorney. Well, as the title suggests, it was about my H1B transfer process. Let me provide you some background. Well, I came to USA last year and my p...revious company tried to get my H1B transfer done through premium processing and it did fail. Then they got it done using Normal processing and it took almost 3 months. After that, I found new company and, thanksfully, Maria was responsible to transfer H1B this time. You can easily understand the kind of pressure I was in - especially when the last time premium processing did not go through and doing this again in premium processing was a big risk. As you know, if you get lots of denials, it will reflect bad on your profile and at the time of filling Green Card - All these things undoubtedly bite you back. Well, but nothing happened like this. Within 2 weeks I got my H1B approved. It felt like just a blink of an eye and the next second, everything is just so perfect. I have no words to explain her commitment, helping nature, knowledge and keeping me in the loop all along. She was replying to my phone calls in the late evenings and always replying within few minutes of each and every email that I have sent - and trust me, I bugged her a lot. It's my immense pleasure writing this review for her and I wish more people would know about her and get benefited. Best Luck and go to Stars :)
