I came across Maria and her team on a Avvo.com review site. I read through her about profile and noted that she not only specialized in immigration but complex ones too. The positive reviews were very impressive to read. But what struck me to pick her for my case is her expertise in answering legal q...uestions found in the Maria Glinsmann's Answers section. I was very impressed especially the provisional waiver which is specific to my case. Our meetings in the beginning were aggravating because of the volume of documentation/questions I had to furnish. She made me realize that all of that was for my own benefit. She takes her cases very serious. She's no pushover and whether you like it or not, she'll stop at nothing to get all the information from you. And top of that she and her team are very detailed and organized. Inspite of that, working with her was all worth it and the bulk of the work is behind us. Now I can relax and hope that my case will be successful. But I have a good feeling. You have to remember though that your success depends totally on your information that you can provide. So don't blame the lawyer..at least NOT this one. Even, if my case is not successfully, I would still 100 percent recommend her because if I had file the paperwork for myself, there is no way I would have been able to to gather, put together, and submitted that quality and volume of information as she has for me. She knows what she is doing. Trust her.

Excellent Attorney

I retained Maria to help me through the immigration process. She and her team, Ana, Rodrigo and Juan were a pleasure to work. My case was complicated due to previous filings and denials, however this time around Maria helped me reach a successful conclusion. Blast From The Past N-600

I needed to obtain a certificate of citizenship. I met the requirements for the N-600 while I was a minor, however never receiving the actual certificate. Then at 31 years old I was looking once again at the N-600. The questions alone were confusing, and I was unsure if I was capable to complete the ...process on my own. A friend suggested Maria Glinsmann, I reached out and had my consultation. Immediately I felt confident in her ability to help me. I ended up hiring Maria a few months later, the process for the N-600 was daunting. I was fortunate that my mom was able to quickly round up documents that we needed. She lives out of state so we had mail going back and forth. I was informed of developments, although they seemed few and far between. It was a waiting game, but I was able to sleep at night - knowing that I had someone who knew what they were doing. I wasn't in this process alone, that gave me a feeling of security. Wonderful Immigration Attorney!

Maria and her team (Ana, Karla, and Rodrigo) were all committed in helping me apply to register for permanent residency from the very first consultation! She was very organized and made sure to maintain a strong line of communication throughout the whole process! Any time I had a question, she (or so...meone from her team) was always willing to help! I especially appreciated the fact that they made sure I was able to electronically access any correspondence they sent or received on my behalf. It helped keep me in the loop, and it helped ease any anxiety I experienced during the process.
