A lawyer that will fight for you and your needs

I don't know if I have enough good things to say about Maria Glinsmann. She came highly recommended from a family friend and after working with her it is obvious why. After our first meeting with her it is clear that she is an expert in her field. Our case was a complicated immigration case to say th...e least and she proved that she was well equipped to handle the load. She is professional yet personable and took the stress out of a stressful experience. She is communicative and does a good job of translating legal jargon into layman's terms. You can trust Maria with any of your immigration needs.

Ms. Glinsman and her legal team were wonderful! We are very thankful they have accepted our challenging case. Every case is different so I dont want to go to specific details and also, because we were all worried anxious of the future during those times that we cant take it all in. I felt that every ...thing that could go wrong with my husband's case had gone wrong from waiver application, approval, denial, reapplication and the final application for green card. Me and family have considered giving up but Ms. Glinsman talked to us, explained everything, and answered all our doubts and questions. Her answers to our questions-she provides with what the laws says or what is current, and this gives us assurance that she has every intent of seeing us through despite the road blocks. In the end my husband was finally able to join me and our son. With all the things we went through what strikes me the most is that the whole team is honest, knowledgeable, and most of all they really cared for their clients. I cannot remember all the names with all the people who worked on our case for it has been a long one about 4 yrs since we started ( it got longer because processing has halted during the pandemic), but we want to thank them all with. The whole team were just a call away, kind and nice. Ana & Rodrigo ( I hope I remembered your names right) thank you for accommodating me anytime and everytime. Ms. Glinsmann thank you for helping us and convincing us not to give up. I would go back to her if ever the need arises in the future.

I came across Maria and her team on a Avvo.com review site. I read through her about profile and noted that she not only specialized in immigration but complex ones too. The positive reviews were very impressive to read. But what struck me to pick her for my case is her expertise in answering legal q...uestions found in the Maria Glinsmann's Answers section. I was very impressed especially the provisional waiver which is specific to my case. Our meetings in the beginning were aggravating because of the volume of documentation/questions I had to furnish. She made me realize that all of that was for my own benefit. She takes her cases very serious. She's no pushover and whether you like it or not, she'll stop at nothing to get all the information from you. And top of that she and her team are very detailed and organized. Inspite of that, working with her was all worth it and the bulk of the work is behind us. Now I can relax and hope that my case will be successful. But I have a good feeling. You have to remember though that your success depends totally on your information that you can provide. So don't blame the lawyer..at least NOT this one. Even, if my case is not successfully, I would still 100 percent recommend her because if I had file the paperwork for myself, there is no way I would have been able to to gather, put together, and submitted that quality and volume of information as she has for me. She knows what she is doing. Trust her.

The Best Lawyer Around

I came to Maria needing assistance with my green card application. She knew everything that needed to be done and exactly how to do it. She expertly navigated me through the process of getting a charge removed off of my record allowing me to continue with the application with no worries.
