Brian Erik Mezger

Brian talked me through the complex process of earning a green card. I found him to be very down to earth and clear. he kept our scheduled appointments and was courteous even when I had an emergency at home and had to cancel at the last moment two times in a row because my youngest was ill. Brian ha...s kids so he does understand when something to one of them and you can't leave the house. He seems to have a nice sense of humor once you get to know him.

I'm not too sure why anyone would give Brian a bad review. Brian has helped me on a couple different immigration processes. All have gone without a hitch. Brian knows his stuff and I was always kept informed about what was happening and what to expect next. I called and e-mailed him numerous time...s with questions and he always returned my call or e-mailed me the same day. I would highly recommend him.

I hired this attorney to make sure there were no problems in the application/interview process as I had a prior legal issue. I had requested that he come with me to the hearings for an extra fee. He canceled last minute saying he had a prior engagement. As I sat there during my initial immigration he...aring, the representative asked where my attorney was because he was supposed to be there. Apparently, Mr. Mezger did not notify them of his absence. I was unable to respond correctly to the question regarding the legal issue and resulted in the denial of my first attempt. He incorrectly advised me to get paperwork that was not even available in the DC Courts. He did not even know what a No Paper charge was. After being extremely rude upon question of this lack of knowledge, he provided very little to no advise moving forward. I was simply left on my own for the rest of the process. I contacted another attorney located in Washington DC, who immediately knew what I needed to do. I had my citizenship within a month. If you have anything of your record, or live in Washington, DC. I would recommend hiring a DC attorney.
