Jonathan David Kan

My experience with Mr. Kan was great! I ran into a few questions when I was trying to figure out where to even start for a will and for power of attorney for my parents. I told Mr. Kan some of my concerns and he responded in such a quick and professional manner. For power of attorney, it was an agree...ment between my sibling and I. We both did not understand some of the definitions within the document, but Mr. Kan definitely took his time to send us additional info via email and an explanation in person during our meeting. Furthermore, I liked that he gave us both a paper copy and sent our documents electronically for future use. He also provided information on how to register my parents' wills in our county's register of wills which I was not aware of. Mr. Kan was knowledgable with the advance medical directive as well. All of my questions and concerns have been addressed and I know that I can fully trust and depend on Mr. Kan as my lawyer. Such a wonderful individual to work with!
