Mr. Myers was able to pretty much do EVERYTHING to help me in an accident in which I was rear-ended. Mr. Myers was able to pick all of the doctors to treat my injuries, file all of the paper work and at the end allow me to return to my regular daily routines without pain. I had mixed experience with Mr. Myers. His office kept loosing file; this required repeated efforts to reproduce files on my end. As a result, one item "slipped through", which resulted in me bearing the costs for something I shouldn't have. There were several instances where he said "I don't remembe...r you telling me that", which was incorrect. Occasionally, when I called in, I realized an update to my case was available for some time, yet I was not contacted. I believe I was misguided in one decision and ended up in a situation with less options. In the end, the case had a positive outcome. Mr. Myers has nice character, he speaks clearly, and explains questions and answers well. But I got the impression, he is overwhelmed with other cases, and at times wasn't prepared for our scheduled discussions. For a simple case, he may be well-suited. For more complex case, I would hire a different lawyer with more experience and better record keeping.
