After being denied assistance from another law firm I thought my case was a lost cause. After speaking with Feinberg Myers PC, they assured me this was not the case. They confirmed they would do everything possible to get my health better. From the very beginning, it felt like Feinberg Myers PC, were... with me in each step, from making appointments for Physical therapy doctors, to making appointments with the best surgeons, in DC. As time went on, not once did I feel left out, or abandoned. The most impressive action was how they were able to negotiate the health bills to significant minimum. Against all the odds, Judy and Zachary did their best to fight for reductions and came out on top. I have recommended them in the past, and will continue on doing so. I had mixed experience with Mr. Myers. His office kept loosing file; this required repeated efforts to reproduce files on my end. As a result, one item "slipped through", which resulted in me bearing the costs for something I shouldn't have. There were several instances where he said "I don't remembe...r you telling me that", which was incorrect. Occasionally, when I called in, I realized an update to my case was available for some time, yet I was not contacted. I believe I was misguided in one decision and ended up in a situation with less options. In the end, the case had a positive outcome. Mr. Myers has nice character, he speaks clearly, and explains questions and answers well. But I got the impression, he is overwhelmed with other cases, and at times wasn't prepared for our scheduled discussions. For a simple case, he may be well-suited. For more complex case, I would hire a different lawyer with more experience and better record keeping.

Zachary was very helpful throughout the whole process and made things so simple after I got rear-ended. This was my first settlement case and he made sure everything was explained clearly to me and answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with how the case settled and would definitely recom...mend!
