She was responsive before I signed the contract. From that point forward she was an absolute space cadet. She would only take action on my case when I called her after receiving a letting from the opposing side, for her to only misquote me in her response to them or tell me to ignore them. Her ONL...Y real communication with opposing side was an email that COMPLETELY misrepresented my case and what I said. She seldom remembered anything about the case and clearly did far less than what she billed for it. Her bills were overblown and fabricated. She did not give me recommendations but instead asked me what she should do next. At one point I confronted her about making absolutely no headway despite the fact many months and thousands I paid and she agreed to do some pro bono work. In the end I declined her free help and settled the case without her. I was able to work with HRC of Maryland and get a far more favorable settlement than what she recommended I take. She was a TOTAL waste of money. I could not recommend enough that you stay well away.

Mindy Farber represents the very worst of the legal profession--she failed to perform even the most basic of legal services; did irreparable harm to my claim; double and triple billed me; and refused to provide essential information about my matter to a new attorney, ruining my case. She has been dis...ciplined twice by the Maryland State Bar and reprimanded by the DC Bar--I was not fortunate enough to be warned about her before she took me for thousands of dollars. I hope that this post will save someone else from the nightmare I have experienced.
