Jerry Robert Goldstein

Jerry Goldstein was retained to represent me in several EEO matters and an EEOC mediation. He did absolutely nothing to obtain a reasonable settlement for me. Instead, he tried his best to relieve the Agency of any wrong doing, and give the Agency complete control over my employment life. What he ...considered a reasonable and good monetary deal for me was a grand total of $30,000 for six EEO cases, one of which included a promotion denial for more than 2 years. Of the $30,000 that was being offered to completely settle matters, Goldstein wanted an additional $5,000, plus the more than $13,000 plus expenses I had already paid in attorney fees. Had I not had some prior experience w/attorneys, I probably would have accepted the many lies he had no problem telling me. Please do not hire this attorney.
