He told me my case was straightforward and simple. That I had nothing to worry about period! He was referred to me by a friend and I thought, after meeting him, I was in good hands. After 2 months and negotiating my first deal he referred me to another attorney. It was after meeting the second attorn...ey and her review that I found Mr Frankel had not done much due diligence on my case. He failed to review email documents in a timely fashion and the "deal" he negotiated for me prevented me from defending myself on other issues. He never covered these items with me and after paying him a substantial amount of money my only recourse was to pay even more money to this new attorney to attempt to have his Mr Frankel's "deal" eliminated. I firmly believe that he did not act in my best interest period. I would never work with him again. Never!
