Glenn Curtis Etelson

I was referred to Glenn for representation in a Federal court case. Throughout the representation, Glenn was combative with me and tried to litigate my case contrary to my instructions. On multiple occasions Glenn would disengage with opposing counsel and then fail to disclose settlement offers to me... in my OWN case. Eventually my case was dismissed with prejudice all on the account of Glenn's derelict of duty, and the court imposed sanctions in the case. I would NEVER hire Glenn ever again to represent me in any matter that I ever need representations. All Glenn does is drive up HIGH litigation costs at the expense of his client.

I retained Glenn at S&R for several months. He made a big sales pitch about what he could do for me and then did little but run up the bill. Compared to others at S&R Glenn was careless, disinterested and expensive. He had his staff talk to me a lot about a particular aspect of the case, then dropp...ed pursuit, leaving me with the bill. If it wasn't for his staff he would not do much.
