Great at Judgement of Character

Ms. Chavez, I hope you read this. I was a client about 3 years ago. Just another drunk with a Driving w/o Interlock charge. You and the AG believed in me; believed that I had changed. I have. I’m a graduate student now studying for my MSW in Substance Abuse. The Recovery Community has been decimated ...by COVID, and I want to make a difference. I think I advised you not to trust drunks. I take that back. You are clearly a much better judge of character than I. Thank you for helping me get back to a real, contributing life. I am eternally grateful God put you where He did.
