I grew up in Miami Beach, Florida. I moved to Maryland to attend college in Baltimore, at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. Prior to entering the practice of law in 2003, I spent 26 years as a bassoonist with The United States Army Band (Pershing's Own). I am married, and have two grown sons.
