I was served with a very short notice to appear in court. After over two years and $95,000 I find my issue still unresolved and now a firm that doesn't even respond to basic questions on their completion of documentation that should have been submitted long ago. This process didn't need to go on this long, cost this much, or remain still unanswered and open.... I am now subject to further legal action due to inaction of this legal team.
