I would happily recommend Ms. Tajammul. My experience with her was entirely over email and phone. She is incredibly responsive and communicates clearly, and conveyed a sense of trustworthiness and empathy. As with any attorney (in my experience), you should always double check key details and ask ...follow up questions to confirm you have the same understanding each step of the way. Perhaps because I hired her for a routine matter, her emails were very brief statements; it would also be great if she shared simple, written checklists with clients upfront for routine matters such as a name change. For example, other than sending me a court document, she only confirmed my matter was complete, shared her offboarding steps, and told me how I could use the document and what I could expect from the Court after I explicitly asked. That said, I had a good experience--better than with most other attorneys I have hired for business or personal matters--and would certainly hire her again.

She is not a lawyer that will procrastinate on your case, but will promptly work your case in a court system that she knows how to navigate well. Lastly, she is transparent with costs and will provide a detailed invoice (no need to request one).
