Hello, my name is Elvis Cruz and i can sincerly say that Shikha and her staff are some real professionals who know what they are doing, I just want to say that Shikha is truly an angel sent from above. My story started out with four rounds of a short sale process, which left me drained and frustrated. I turned to Shikha and her team to assist me with my home. Shikha truly is an incredible attorney. My mother's condo was foreclosed on by the HOA and the lender. There was equity in the condo so Shikha made sure that everything was handled properly and made sure that my mother got the remaining surplus after everyone was paid off.
