I would use their services again! I found this company during an internet search and the reviews were really good. I often question reviews that seem too good to be true but Paradigm lived up to their reviews. Although the process took a very long time, I believe mortgage companies are difficult t...o maneuver. However, Paradigm staff were aware of all the mortgage company tactics and worked diligently to resolve my issue. They were also very fair with their charges!

Initially worked directly with banks "loss mitigation" team. The lost mitigation team's job is to secure your home, not save it. They provided bad advice while losing documents throughout the process. Avoid doing this alone and Hire Paradigm Law. They stopped our near foreclosure; assisted wit...h our short sale, and kept the bank honest for once. The team is professionals, working to ensure your family is protected. I'd recommend the entire team to anyone. Do yourself a favor and invest the money in yourself--hire the Paradigm team. Really glad we did. Thanks Shikha, Julie, and Ann for everything!

My story started out with four rounds of a short sale process, which left me drained and frustrated. I turned to Shikha and her team to assist me with my home. Ms. Parikh and her team did a fantastic job assisting us with negotiating our short sale. We were in constant contact. She worked directly with our lender as our mouthpiece. Process took no more than three months. Very professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Would recommend to any needing... to do a short sale.
