I draft , interpret and negotiate leases and contracts, and advise clients on how to hold property to avoid or limit liability, such as the creation of LLCs to hold title to property. I am familiar with and draft documents for "creative" or "alternative" financing, such as land contracts, subject -to sales, wraparound mortgages, and the like.

I advise clients who wish to form new businesses. I also advise clients and businesses concerning their day-to-day legal needs. These may include, review and drafting of contracts, leases, and other documents, analysis of business situations that may lead to claims or litigation, and review and modification of the business structure to support doing business efficiently.
