I devote the majority of my practice to helping divorcing clients reach a total resolution of their disputes without the added stress, cost and time of litigation. I strongly believe that family issues are best solved by the family members themselves, with the help of appropriate professionals. Mediation and Collaborative law are two methods that offer families the necessary resources to address the challenges that divorce presents, and allow them to reach a resolution that is uniquely suited to their situation. I give my clients the individual attention and support they need during this difficult transition time in their lives.

A budget was created to address the children's needs and parents' needs. A joint account was established to help the parents cover the necessary expenses in an equitible way.
Through the team approach of collaborative law, the couple resolved all issues to their satisfaction. They were supported by attorneys, coaches and a finacial expert. All professionals worked together to help the family come to a durable solution.
Mediator helped the couple identify their needs and preferences. Through the brainstorming process, the couple arrived at a solution that was agreeable to each of them.
Mediator included a child specialist in the mediation process to help parents identify ways to work together in the best interests of the child. Child now spends equal time with each parent.
Resolved that Mother could move out of state with child and she would pay costs incurred by Father to travel to see the child on a regular basis.
