I wish I could could give her Zero rating instead of one if I would have choice

No response of emails and phone calls. Not even she can submit the documents on time manner. Worst attorney. Don’t waste your time and money on her. I totally agree with other reviewers. Bar council should revoke her practice license.

Avoid her if you rather not be ignored as a client after you paid her. Nightmare!!

I am currently deployed and living overseas and I was given a referral by our legal support officers through LifeCare as someone who can create a document I needed. She agreed to the terms and the time frame I needed it. I've had referrals from LegalAid LifeCare before and they all went well, however..., this was a nightmare. I honestly wished I had read reviews on her before making that retainer payment. Before paying her, she replied to my emails and picked up a call the same day or the next day. After paying her, it took over a week, and no response to questions and concerns. Up until now, she hasn't finalized my documents. I paid $750 for it, and I haven't heard from her for over a week. She sent me a draft and asked me to review it and reach out if I have questions or concerns. Originally, she told me she would draft her own because a similar copy of the document I gave her doesn't meet the state of Maryland standard, however, the draft that she sent me was a modified copy of the document I initially gave her. Similar to other's review, she ignored my communications each time I reached out and so far haven’t heard from her since October 27, 2023. It's like I don't even exist to her anymore since she already took my money without her service being completely rendered. During her virtual consultation, she appears to be such a great person and you end up being so comfortable enough to hire her and pay her but then the nightmare begins after you pay her. I have been treated the same way all the other reviewers have posted on Avvo, google, and such regarding her lack of communication and ignoring them for weeks, months, and so on. At this point, I am just fighting to get my money back. Her license to practice law should be revoked if she doesn't care about her clients after they pay her. It's like a money grab or quantity of clients over the quality of her service since she works alone. I have reported her to the Office of Bar Counsel and everyone else she has mistreated with her lack of customer service should do the same. It's not fair to pay all that money to be ignored and left hanging.

Terenzini--A Terrible Choice and a Terrible Attorney Who Ignores Her Clients' Messages

When I hired Eden Terenzini, I had high hopes for the future. But she turned out to be a nightmare. Shortly after I paid her retainer fee, Eden became cold and distant. She repeatedly missed deadlines set by the Court or deadlines that she had negotiated with opposing counsel. As a result, the other ...side filed a motion for sanctions, and I was placed in risk of being punished by the Court because of my lawyer’s negligence. Then Eden tried to convince me to take the blame so that the Court would not know that she was too busy working on other cases to meet the deadlines in my case. Additionally, Eden allowed weeks to go by before responding to emails I sent her to ask for an update. She claimed she was in trial, but an attorney who values her clients would have sent a quick email reply. Even worse, Eden FAILED to obtain a single document or interrogatory response from the other side, although the other side sent several subpoenas to get information to strengthen my ex’s case. Eden repeatedly promised she would send a subpoena to my ex’s former employer, but never did so. Overall, she hurt me far more than she helped, which is a terrible thing for any attorney to do, especially when the matter involves a custody case and your ability to spend time with your children is at risk. Things didn’t start turning around in my case for the better until I asked Eden to withdraw from my case. But she has still refused to provide me my case file and she pocketed the entire retainer I paid her—while refusing to provide me with any invoices showing what work she did on my case. I never imagined encountering an attorney who engages in this type of unethical and unprofessional behavior. I know Eden is a solo practitioner who lacks the resources and expertise that bigger law firms offer, but nevertheless I still expected her to do a competent and honest job. That didn’t happen. To anyone who hires Eden in the future I sincerely wish you the best of luck—but if/when things go south with her, please remember that you were warned it would happen.

She Doesn't Respond to Client Calls and Emails for Months

Eden is not trustworthy or responsible. She does not respect her clients or provide guidance. We went months without communication while we had hearings because she would not respond to me. She made this already difficult process so much harder. Impossible to communicate with or reach.
