We filed for EB2 category and received the approval recently. I had received RFE both during PERM and 485 process and Devant and his team worked great and seeking the right info from us and representing us efficiently during the process. They were available when I needed and also worked beyond the ex...pected timeline to get the applications submitted in time crunch. Attorneys are more needed esp when the application process/documents are unique, which could cause confusing to the USCIS. That's where you get to see them shine and we experienced the same with this attorney. Excellent job overall and I would definitely recommend.

Shah help me to file 485 & H1B. He did wonderful job with my 485. I was abandoned my 485 in 2010. I came back to US in 2016. So we are not sure how to refile it. He did find problem with my EB2 labour. Luckily I do have EB3 I140. So we applied under EB3 and got the approval.His staff is so nice and ...help me each & every step.
