They are not just some lawyers that know only how to fill out and send the forms, it is obvious that they have experience with some irregular cases as well including mine. My case was that I had other petition (EB2) filed with different lawyers while Shah and his team filed my EB3 Skilled Visa. They filed concurrently back in June, 2023. However, in December 2023, I received i131 and i765 denials by mistake of USCIS claiming that I don't have pending i485. I have been working with Devang and Falguni from so many years. They had helped me through all the Visa petitions, renewals, i140 and finally GC.
