Christina Paige DeVault

As a family law attorney, my goal is to counsel my clients on the issues in their case, and advise them of the relief they are entitled to seek.  I present the information in an understandable manner so that my clients can make important decisions with confidence, and move forward with their lives in a meaningful and positive way.

My practice includes representing clients in all aspects of Family Law, and at all stages, including negotiation, mediation and litigation. She handles pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child custody matters, child support actions, domestic violence, and divorce matters, including spousal support/alimony and the identification, valuation, classification, and division of marital and non-marital property.

I joined Dragga, Hannon & Wills, as an associate attorney in 2014 after obtaining my Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.  While attending law school, I was an active member of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race, among other organizations. I was also a judicial intern for the Honorable G. Michael Green of the Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County, PA.

I earned my undergraduate degree from West Virginia University. In addition to graduating Magna cum laude, I received the Roll of Academic Excellence Award, for an achievement as a top scholar in the West Virginia University College of Business and Economics.

I am actively involved in the Bar Association of Montgomery County. I am a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Montgomery County and serves as one of the co-editors of the group’s monthly Museletter. 

I am licensed to practice in the state of Maryland.
