Criminal or traffic ..he is the man period

Very pleased
Charles "Chip" Lipscomb got my felony charge dropped. I hired him back in 2006 and he worked hard to get my case deferred. I checked my record the other day and thanks to him, that felony is gone! He is honest, upfront, and will let you know what to expect. Thanks for all your hard work!
