Ethical and Brilliant

Brian has been a valuable resource to our family through a very troubling custody dispute. Not only is he a great lawyer, but he inspired us to have confidence in ourselves and always approached matters in the upmost ethical way. Most importantly he is truly passionate about protecting children from... harm and putting their best interests above all parental drama. As a trained and skilled mediator he is able to calm and talk reason into most people but can also put on a gladiator suit and defend you brilliantly. As a father himself he is able to relate to the love and concern you have for any situation. Brian will give you the facts straight up as you need them and then layout the possible plans of action and outcomes, which I found very helpful in preparing us now and allowing us to protect ourselves in the future. Thank you Brian for all you have given to our family - we would not be where we are today without you!

Divorce Case

To Whom It May Concern: This is a formal complaint again Attorney Brian Sadur. He represented me in my divorce case. He mishandled my case and dropped the ball, causing me to loose financially thousands of dollars. He did not file discovery interrogatories and sanctions were placed against m...e. I did not find this out until July 2013. It was through another attorney. He also did not divide the marital assets. He did not ask for a DNA test as requested by me. Which has caused me to try and do this a second time. He was also misleading me in the beginning by not doing the proper legal procedures to tie up assets namely a house that was marital property. Because he did not do this spouse was able to sell marital property and keep all the proceeds. First he told me he was going to freeze the account and later get it from her retirement account. Later at the end of the 1-year separation he says there was no retirement account. The divorce was handled as if there were no assets because that was never discussed in court again because of him not filing proper paper work. He also did not get back with me in a timely manner on the phone or through email either namely when I was asking him about the marital asset namely the house. So in the end my spouse received 100% everything financially and legally. I received zero financially and a child support payments for a child that DNA has proven not to be mines. He was incompetent in my case and should not be practicing making these kinds of mistakes. I am left trying to redo and undo blunders he made in my case.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Brian Sadur is an outstanding family attorney. I have worked with him on a number of cases. I am impressed by his careful consideration, not only of the current proceedings, but what will happen to the family once the case is over. He looks for long-term solutions. As an expert mediator, Brian is able to avoid costly and unnecessary battles that consume so many of his fellow attorneys. He removes his ego from the case and it makes a huge difference. I am happy to be working with him. We combine his wisdom with my energy to form a powerful alliance. Brian has 30 years of experience and has seen just about everything. However, his approach to each of our new cases is never "been there - done that," but instead is one of infinite possibilities. I am thankful that he is my teammate because he always points me in the right direction, whether it be case strategy or researching a novel issue. He has a knack of turning the most hopeless of cases into something good for our clients."
