I moved to Maryland and was I referred to him by another lawyer in another state to handle the interstate financial support issues I was dealing with from a divorce 5 years ago. I should have known to stop engaging with him when it became apparent he was hard to get a hold of. When I did, he seemed... pleasant so I proceeded.
