Excellence, Proficient, and Effective Advocacy

Brian represented my highly contested custody case over my son. This was 3rd round of custody dispute over 7 years, and I had hired a number of family lawyers in the past, for each round. When it comes to overall excellence, Brian far exceeded them all. It did not take long to recognize Brian...'s proficiency and effectiveness in his representation both in and out of the court rooms. Brian used his expert insights and judgment in complex situations, was well prepared to lay out the best courses, and foresaw and mitigated problematic and potentially risky situations. Brian simply drove the best results I could possibly hope for in each turn. The case - and the PEOPLE and lives involved - was indeed in good hands throughout the course of the case. Knowing Brian's cost effective and strong advocacy over my child and my case, I was at great peace and ease -- knowing that our case was in good capable hands. Thank you Brian!!

Not sure if he is incapable or just does not care

I moved to Maryland and was I referred to him by another lawyer in another state to handle the interstate financial support issues I was dealing with from a divorce 5 years ago. I should have known to stop engaging with him when it became apparent he was hard to get a hold of. When I did, he seemed... pleasant so I proceeded. Nearly everything he said he would do, he did not. Nearly every explanation he gave of the process was false. A year later, I now need to redo many things and followup with the court directly myself. Mind you I tried to contact him numerous times, calls and emails and he was a ghost. I cannot speak for others, but he abdicated his responsibility to represent me and not sure if he is capable even if he had made the effort. Be warned...do your homework and find another attorney.

BEST ATTORNEY EVER

After researching for attorney's for the past 8 years, each one told me that I was not likely to win my custody case regarding my daughter. I was physically, emotionally, and verbally abused by my daughter's father at the age of 17 and he had threatened my life if I did not give up our infant daught...er. For the next 8 years I searched everywhere for an attorney, applied for pro-bono and there was no one who thought they could take my case and win. So many of them listened to me with only money on their mind. Since then, I had no hope of getting my daughter back. I was finally introduced to Brian this past year and he was shocked and appalled how my ex had gotten away with everything he did and STILL getting away with it. Brian was the only attorney who listened to my case, and not just 'heard' me. Brian was the only one who gave me any glimmer of hope, but also without false hope. Brian didn't sugar coat anything, he was honest about reality and educated me on the justice system. He never once led me on! Brian tried every tactic he could to help me. Now this is someone who I had just met who actually cared about his client, someone who cared about my daughter and her well being. This case was not about me, it's about my daughter. He was so passionate about my case and even more passionate in court. Needless to say, I won! And I couldn't have done it without him! I highly recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for an attorney to actually listen and care about their case. Anyone would be crazy to not hire him.

Wisdom, knowledge, and expertise

I've worked with a number of attorneys over the years dealing with custody and child support with my ex-wife. When Brian entered my case he was able to arrange a settlement that was suitable to all parties. Whereas for years we had fought over the terms of how we would co-parent, Brian was able to en...ter the case and make everyone set their emotions aside and come to a resolution that made everyone happy. His suggestions led to better than a compromise; truly a win-win solution was reached with the help of Mr. Sadur. I still thank Brian to this day for putting together the pieces of my family life. I cherish nothing nothing more than my family but my ex-wife made me resent supporting them. Brian saved us.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Brian Sadur is an outstanding family attorney. I have worked with him on a number of cases. I am impressed by his careful consideration, not only of the current proceedings, but what will happen to the family once the case is over. He looks for long-term solutions. As an expert mediator, Brian is able to avoid costly and unnecessary battles that consume so many of his fellow attorneys. He removes his ego from the case and it makes a huge difference. I am happy to be working with him. We combine his wisdom with my energy to form a powerful alliance. Brian has 30 years of experience and has seen just about everything. However, his approach to each of our new cases is never "been there - done that," but instead is one of infinite possibilities. I am thankful that he is my teammate because he always points me in the right direction, whether it be case strategy or researching a novel issue. He has a knack of turning the most hopeless of cases into something good for our clients."
