My family hired Mr Barkley to settle my mother's estate. Mom died over 14 months ago with a will, written and executed by Mr Barkley. Mom had no real property except for US savings bonds. Mr Barkley has been late filing the necessary paperwork. No one contested the will and we are still waiting for h...im to settle the estate. Next time we know better NOT to hire Mr Barkley.
