Rachel Anne Browder

Every successful attorney has to find and follow his or her own path, and it’s safe to say that Rachel Browder charted a course that would prepare her for an impressive career in law. It is that same vision and vitality, coupled with just the right balance of efficiency and flexibility, that allows her to connect with clients, understand their true priorities and more than meet their expectations for exceptional legal representation.

Building on the skills and experience she gained in law school from Law Review and Moot Court,Rachel clerked for a distinguished judge in the First District Court of Appeals of Florida.  She worked on a mix of criminal, contract, dependency, family and real estate matters, polishing her writing/research skills and gaining valuable insights and "hands on" lessons from the daily interaction with judges and co-clerks alike. She has gone on to represent individuals and corporate entities in both civil and criminal litigation, developing an assertive courtroom style, refining her unique skill for relating to people and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

and work quality.

Rachel’s practice features a diverse mix of commercial, real estate and employment disputes. Her courtroom experience has made her a formidable litigator, and as a student of the written word, she utilizes elements of both strategy and persuasion to communicate effectively. That considerable collection of talents, combined with her innate people skills and work ethic, makes her particularly well-suited to work with large corporate entities and small business owners alike. 

Admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, New York, Florida, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, Rachel is an active member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County (Md.). She also serves as a panel chair on the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities, an administrative body that hears disputes between homeowners and their common ownership communities.
