Nicholas D. Santoni

Nicholas "Nico" Santoni is a family law attorney at Petrelli Previtera, LLC, admitted in Maryland, focusing his practice on divorce and custody matters. He is known for a grounded approach: direct communication, close listening and helping clients understand their options so they can move forward with realistic expectations.

Before joining Petrelli Previtera, Nico handled commercial and employment litigation, managing his own caseload, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he was a Top 4 finalist in the Louis V. Fasulo 1L Moot Court Competition, and his Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Nico has spent much of his life in the Washington, D.C. area. He speaks Spanish and Italian.
