Chanel Dolinsky

Ms. Dolinsky is licensed to practice law in  Maryland and Florida.  Ms. Dolinsky focuses her work in the areas of divorce, custody, domestic violence and guardianship.

Ms. Dolinsky is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in both bench and jury trials, and motion practice.  Ms. Dolinsky has taken hundreds of depositions during the course of her career.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dolinsky was a Principal of a successful litigation practice with locations in Dade and Broward Counties. Her criminal practice included the litigation of serious crimes including first degree murder and second degree assault, to name only a few.

Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Dolinsky was an associate in a civil and criminal boutique litigation firm.

Ms. Dolinsky is also a licensed private investigator in the state of Florida. This scene investigation and surveillance background continues to serve as a compliment to her litigation practice.

Ms. Dolinsky has volunteered countless hours of her time with Broward County Drug Court, which helps first time non-violent offenders successfully navigate the criminal justice system and move on with their lives, ultimately resulting in expungement of their records.

In college and law school, Ms. Dolinsky served as an intern at the Broward County Public Defender's Office, including serving as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern during her third year of law school.  There she learned many of the litigation skills she now uses in her daily practice.
