Brian represented my husband and I with the recent purchase of a Franchise. We were very impressed with Brian from the first point of contact until the contract was finalized. Brian used his extensive knowledge of Franchise agreements and laws to identify sections of the contract that he thought ne...eded to be re-negotiated on our behalf. Brian’s attention to detail is remarkable, he reviewed our agreement and then devised a plan for us to receive credit towards Royalties based on our client base prior to becoming a franchise. He also wrote several addendums to the agreement and negotiated with the franchisor to accept the addendums as part of the agreement. Brian was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails; making himself available whenever we needed him.
