Did not warn me that by signing a subordinate note to the mortgage I would end up having to pay it. I was not living at the house at the time and Brandon said in an email to me that it was up to me to sign the note but if I wanted my daughter to have a place to stay when she was with her father then ...I should sign it. I did and now I owe HUD $7,025.45.

Brandon Bernstein represented me during my divorce and child custody case. I was traumatized as a kid when my parents went through a vicious divorce that ended up separating both families from each other till this very day.
