Brandon is very knowledgeable about family law. He was always attentive to details and very organized. Brandon was honest and worked with me so that actions taken were also cost effective. I was in the process of the divorce for over a year when I hired Brandon, and had been through 2 lawyers befor...e him with no movement towards an outcome. Most lawyers try to just make money from a divorce and not necessarily help with a resolution but keep the tension going. Brandon was able to resolve everything for me with my divorce in 4 months from when I hired him. Brandon was able to propose a strategy that ultimately worked and even though I thought we would end up at trial, Brandon encouraged ways to encourage my ex to settle outside of court and do what's best for the children. Dear Brandon, I felt it so important to share my thoughts on your service through this painful process as I would like to pay it forward and help others struggling in divorce. I am so impressed with your person and character. I really felt despairing in my very complicated and messy divorce and was... not happy with my prior representation. I was hesitant to change lawyers though, as I didn't have time on my side and knew I would spend more money I did not have to bring another up to speed. You are sharp and experienced (and yes! even in litigation, if necessary) but even more, you are engaged and compassionate. You are able to work with clients in a respectful manner, communication well and are very responsive. And your charming demeanor is just bonus. Most of all, you do not use intimidation tactics, which really make the process most unproductive and distressful and bring distrust into the relationship. Mr. Brandon Bernstein has been my lawyer for over 5 years. He is AWESOME for so many reasons. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, approachable, compassionate, and dedicated to his clients. I would hire him again in an instant. My divorce wasn’t difficult or complex...I was. First, it was handled lo...ng distance.
