Brandon is very knowledgeable about family law. He was always attentive to details and very organized. Brandon was honest and worked with me so that actions taken were also cost effective. Choosing Mr. Bernstein as my personal attorney is one of the best decision I have ever made as I faced a very contentious divorce case. With kids involved and my ex-increasingly limiting my access to our children, it became obvious that I needed to seek an attorney who had the exact skills in these t...ypes of situations. I was never referred to him by anyone. I read reviews just as you are reading mine now and believed every one of them. His strategy was simple; be reasonably aggressive enough without being unreasonable in our demands. His court room command was beyond my expectations. Long story short, he got multiple perjury on cross examination and the revelations where convincing enough that the judge granted a JOINT CUSTODY judgement. On the final hearing, he was able to apple very skilled negotiation with the opposing side and settled the case without going through a full trial. In same day my full trial would have been happening, he was able to avert it and got me an ABSOLUTE DIVORCE by 3pm. I will highly recommend him.
