Brandon Bernstein did a great job working my case. It was awesome having a lawyer with smart and winning strategies represent me, a father in Montgomery County. He navigated me through a 2 ½ year custody case that ended up granting me primary physical custody and joint legal custody with “tie breaker..." authority. Brandon was always super-prepared, worked well with my daughter’s Best Interest Attorney and judges and remained steadfast through many frivolous appeals, digging to prove perjurious statements and identifying improper relationships with other adults in my daughter's life. He was constantly available to address my questions and concerns and provided excellent advice about what evidence to gather and how to counter hostile actions that otherwise would’ve hurt my case. I was leery at first when screening attorneys for my pending divorce because I had heard stories from so many of what they could do for me...if I gave them tons of money. Plus, I had to drive all the way from Baltimore to Bethesda to meet Mr. Berstein. Well, I felt much better when I arrived (aft...er a 1 hour drive) when Brandon not only waited after hours to meet me (before he was retained), but further when he began to speak of my situation and how the law applies.
