Brandon Bernstein did a great job working my case. It was awesome having a lawyer with smart and winning strategies represent me, a father in Montgomery County. He navigated me through a 2 ½ year custody case that ended up granting me primary physical custody and joint legal custody with “tie breaker..." authority. Brandon was always super-prepared, worked well with my daughter’s Best Interest Attorney and judges and remained steadfast through many frivolous appeals, digging to prove perjurious statements and identifying improper relationships with other adults in my daughter's life. He was constantly available to address my questions and concerns and provided excellent advice about what evidence to gather and how to counter hostile actions that otherwise would’ve hurt my case. I thank God for Brandon’s wit and expertise while working this case and I would recommend his custody case legal services to others without qualification. Brandon deserves much thanks and gratitude for a job well-done.

I had a long and complicated divorce and Brandon was exceptional throughout. First, he showed a great deal of sensitivity and empathy for the emotionally difficult situation of divorce. And great knowledge of the law and how the system works. He never pushed an aggressive position or sought to run up... the bill. Over the yearlong process Brandon tried for the a negotiated settlement but when that didn't work he was able to move more aggressively to put us in a good posture (which evenutally resulted in a good result through mediation). I would recommend him without hesitation.

As I sit here and write this review, there are so many wonderful things I could say about Brandon and his staff. Brandon is honest, so smart, professional, dedicated, and most of all cares about his clients and their well being. Brandon gets results. Getting divorced is one thing I never imagi...ned I would be but there I was sitting across from Brandon at his table, I remember how I felt when I arrived to meet him versus when I left. Brandon was so calm and confident. When I left his office that day I knew Brandon was exactly who I needed. My attorney. Hiring Brandon was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He gets results, and talking to him on a bad day made everything better. Brandon and his staff made my divorce so not complicated they do everything, they want to make it as easy on their clients as possible knowing its a difficult situation. I highly recommend Brandon.
